Magdalena Otrocka

Ardigen

Magdalena brings over two decades of expertise in cell biology, assay development, and high-throughput high-content screening. She holds an MSc in Biotechnology and a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Wrocław’s, Poland.

Her career spans global pharmaceutical leaders, including Aventis Pharma (now Sanofi) and AstraZeneca, as well as the Italian biotech startup SienaBiotech. Magdalena also spent seven years at the Karolinska Institute (Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden) and played a key role in establishing the Centre for High Throughput Screening Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Currently, she serves as Lead Molecular Biologist at Ardigen, an AI-CRO leveraging artificial intelligence to transform biological data analysis.
